• Main bank opening hours – whether or not a Bank Holiday falls within your intended trip

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES

• 24/7 Emergency Medical Assistance - with advisors who speak the local language.
• Urgent Message relay - we will transmit two urgent messages following illness, accident or travel delay.
• Drug Replacement - assistance in replacing lost drugs or other essential medication.
• Prescription Glasses or Contact Lenses - assistance in replacement if lost/broken & unobtainable overseas.
• Blood Supplies - we can source and deliver you compatible blood supplies.
• Medical Referral - names & addresses of local doctors for a consulation or minor treatment.
• Tracing Lost Luggage - if your carrier has failed to resolve the problem, we can help trace & re-deliver your baggage.
• Replacement Travel Documents - help to replace lost or stolen travel documents.
• Lost Credit Cards - we can advise the appropriate card issuer.

Please note that where there are associated costs for any of the above services e.g. delivery charges, costs for buying/ replacing items, medical expenses, fees charged by others etc. these will be at the member's expense.
