a) If you have a complaint about our service –

b) If you have a complaint regarding the insurance under your Policy, or the way your claim has been dealt with -

- Please follow the Complaints Procedure detailed in your Policy Wording. This will provide details of the relevant Customer Relations Office and if you are still not satisfied with the response you receive, you will also find details of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
